I’ve been wearing the gold AIVELA Ring for about a week now and I really love the color. It looks even better in person and goes with pretty much everything I wear.
So far, the experience has been really good. It’s comfortable, easy to wear every day, and I’m enjoying checking my data in the app. Still pretty early, so I’m going to keep using it and see how everything looks over the next few weeks.

One of my favorite things about the AIVELA Ring is actually the touch control. I use it all the time when I’m scrolling through short videos, and at this point I barely even think about reaching for my phone. It’s one of those features that sounds small until you get used to it.
The one thing I’d really like to see next is support for more devices. Being able to control smart glasses, earbuds, or other connected devices from the ring would make it a lot more useful. Hopefully that’s something the dev team already has on the roadmap, because I think there’s a ton of potential here.

I backed AIVELA on Kickstarter because I’m always interested in trying new tech, especially wearables. The early experience was a little rough, and there were definitely a few moments where I wasn’t sure how things were going to work out. Peter from support was a huge help though and got me through the issues I was having.

Now that I’ve had some time with the ring, I’m enjoying it a lot more. The app feels much more polished than it did before, and I’ve noticed quite a few new features and improvements over time.

It’s not perfect yet, but the product is clearly moving in the right direction. I’m giving it 4 stars for now and looking forward to seeing where they take it next.

Reached out to support when I couldn't get my ring synced properly. The guy I talked to actually knew his stuff. Didn't make me jump through hoops or wait days for an answer. Straight up fixed my problem in one email. Good customer service is hard to find these days. These guys get it.

Overall, I've had a good experience with the AIVELA Ring. The hardware feels solid, the app is easy enough to use, and I like having all of my daily data in one place. That said, I still think there's room for improvement, especially on the software side. It feels like the product is still evolving, but I'm happy with where it is right now and interested to see how it improves.

Had the ring since June. Not gonna lie, the app and firmware updates keep making it better. It's a solid piece of gear that does its job. Keep up the momentum, fix those small quirks, and I'll gladly give it all the stars.

The difficult part:
The wait was long. From October to May with minimal direct communication about my specific order. When my ring finally arrived, the coating scratched and peeled in two spots within 48 hours -caused simply by putting my hand in a jacket pocket. The initial support responses were generic and dismissive, and at one point I went weeks without a reply after submitting detailed documentation.

Where things changed:
Something shifted. The team -particularly Peter, who took over my case- engaged seriously, professionally, and with genuine empathy. They acknowledged the communication gap, reviewed my full history, and ultimately offered a fair resolution: a Frosted Silver replacement ring without requiring me to return the original. No drama, no further back-and-forth. Just a decision made in good faith.

The product itself:
The hardware is genuinely impressive for a first mass production run. The app has come a long way -Update #14's full rebuild moved health data processing locally, improved sync reliability, and made the whole experience faster and more stable. I have also joined the beta testing program, which tells you something about where my confidence in this project stands today.

The bottom line:
AIVELA is not a perfect company - but they are a learning one. They made mistakes, they acknowledged them, and they course-corrected. That matters more to me than a flawless launch. If you are considering this product, go in with realistic expectations about a first-generation smart ring from a startup -but know that there is a real team behind it that cares about getting it right.

Four stars today. With continued improvements, five is very much on the table.

The design looks clean and modern, and it's much lighter than I expected. I can wear it all day without really noticing it. I also like that it doesn't look too sporty, so it works well with everyday outfits.

I've had a great experience with the AIVELA Ring Pro. It's comfortable, easy to use, and provides helpful insights into my daily wellness. The AIVELA team has also been responsive and helpful whenever I've had questions.

I've had the ring since June, and the firmware and App keep getting better with the frequent updates. I can compare the ring's data with that of a Scanwatch2, and the differences are now minimal. So the Aivela ring does what it's supposed to, and if the developers keep up this momentum, the next updates will surely iron out the remaining minor issues. Once that's achieved, I'll give it all the stars.

I purchased an AIVELA RING and somehow managed to mess up with my email address - Jack from AIVELA support managed to correct my error and reinstate my account - thanks to Jack my ring is working perfectly once again. The ring itself is nice and comfortable to wear and I'm happy with the results.
