This Warranty Policy explains the scope, duration, and limitations of the warranty offered by AI Plus Appliances Inc. (“AIVELA”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) for the AIVELA Ring Pro product (the “Product”), as well as the remedies available to you and the conditions under which this warranty applies.
AIVELA provides a limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Kickstarter (backer orders) or official AIVELA sales channels.
The warranty does not cover:
• Loss, theft, or accidental damage
• Normal wear and tear (scratches, dents, or cosmetic changes from use)
• Consumable parts such as the battery (expected to degrade with time and usage)
• Unauthorized resales or purchases from non-official sources
All Kickstarter backers enjoy a 2-year warranty period starting from the original delivery date. This coverage exceeds the minimum statutory requirements in most jurisdictions. Where local consumer protection laws require longer coverage, those laws will prevail.
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact support@aivela.com and be ready to provide:
• Proof of purchase (Kickstarter order confirmation or official receipt)
• Photos or videos of the issue and steps already taken for troubleshooting
• Product model and size information (available in the AIVELA App and marked inside the ring)
Our customer support team will work with you to diagnose the issue and may provide troubleshooting guidance.
• If the issue persists, we may request that you return the defective Product to our after-service facility for technical examination. In such cases, shipping instructions will be provided and the cost will be covered by AIVELA.
• If a return is not required, your claim may be approved directly based on the evidence provided.
If your claim is approved, AIVELA will provide a replacement product. Replacements will be the same model and size as the original product. Replacement products are shipped after claim validation. Replacement product can be brand-new or refurbished. A refurbished ring is a recently manufactured ring that's been carefully cleaned, factory reset, and rigorously tested to meet our quality standards.
Replacement products are covered by the longer of:
• The remaining term of the original 2-year warranty, or
• 90 days from the date of replacement delivery
Any matters related to import duties, taxes, or logistics costs will be governed separately under the Return & Exchange Policy.
If a return is not required, please dispose of the defective Product in accordance with your local electronic waste regulations.
Your health and activity data remain linked to your AIVELA account, if you allow cloud storage. Once you connect your replacement ring, data synchronization will resume automatically.
