Return & Exchange Policy

This Return & Exchange Policy applies exclusively to Kickstarter backers and forms part of the Terms and Conditions of this crowdfunding campaign. We have clearly disclosed this policy on our Kickstarter page and official website to ensure full transparency. By choosing to participate in this campaign, you agree to the terms set forth herein.

At AIVELA, our goal is to support our backers as much as possible. At the same time, we ask for your understanding that the AIVELA Ring Pro is a global crowdfunding project, produced in a customized manner. The costs of individualized production, international logistics, and customs duties are substantial. Therefore, backers have the responsibility to provide accurate personal information (such as ring size, color preference, and delivery address) and to stand by their choices. Unlike traditional retail purchases, we cannot offer unrestricted returns or exchanges. We greatly appreciate your cooperation and support.

1. Exchanges (Quality Issues)

If you experience any quality issues, we are happy to arrange an exchange.

  • Please submit feedback via the AIVELA App or contact our support team at support@aivela.com with details of the issue.
  • Once your claim is verified, we will arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you as quickly as possible.
  • AIVELA will cover all shipping costs, including the cost of returning the defective product and sending you a new replacement product.

2. Returns (Sizing Issues)

Returns are only supported in very limited cases related to sizing:

  • If size #14 is too small or size #7 is too large (as confirmed by the sizing kit, meaning that no available size fits you), you may request a return.
  • In this case, we will provide a full refund of your AIVELA Ring Pro and any add-ons, provided the request is submitted within 14 days of receiving your sizing kit.
  • You do not need to return the sizing kit. To help us expedite your refund, please include photos or a short video with your email request.

3. Important Notes

Returns for reasons other than quality issues or the sizing limitation described above are not supported.

All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your reward (or sizing kit, where applicable).

4. Shipping Fee, Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For exchanges due to quality issues, AIVELA will cover all logistics costs, including return shipping and the delivery of your replacement product.
For returns due to sizing issues, no return shipment is required, and your refund will be issued directly once your case is verified.
