Is Motion just a step count?
Motion offers a broader view of the completed day. Steps sit alongside active time, longer inactivity, energy estimates and recorded workouts.
What is Active Time?
Active Time shows how much of the day you spent being active. It adds time to the picture that steps alone provide—useful for seeing where movement fitted into your routine.
What can I learn from a workout’s zones?
Zones describe the session’s intensity pattern. Look at where time was spent, then bring the activity’s purpose and your own experience to the review.
How does the Sedentary Reminder help?
Turn on the optional Sedentary Reminder in the App to get a prompt to move after a longer still stretch. A short walk or a break between tasks can be a natural place to begin.
