Your First 28 Days With AIVELA
Your first 28 days are not a challenge, a test, or a waiting room before AIVELA becomes useful. Direct measurements and daily results can begin appearing as suitable data becomes available. At the same time, AIVELA gradually learns what is typical for you. By the end of the first fixed 28-day Rhythm cycle, it has its first opportunity to connect individual nights and days with a longer pattern, provided there is enough reliable information to do so responsibly.
The first month should still feel like your month
Keep the plans and routines that matter to you. Let the ring record the life already happening, then notice one or two questions you want to explore. A useful first month is not the one with the fewest imperfect nights. It is the one in which the product begins to help you recognize something about your own pattern.
Before Day 1: start with fit, connection, and context
The best first step is not trying to create an impressive score. It is helping the ring collect a clear, representative record of ordinary life.
Before settling into regular use:
- choose a size that stays stable without restricting circulation;
- position the ring so its inner sensing surface remains in contact with the underside of your finger;
- complete wear calibration in the App;
- confirm that the ring is connected, charged, and synchronizing;
- keep your profile information accurate where it is used to interpret activity and wellness estimates.
Finger size can change through the day and night, so a fit that feels right for only a few minutes may not tell the whole story. Consistent overnight contact is especially important for sleep, Calm, Balance, and personal baselines.
The first results arrive at different times
After a suitable first night, AIVELA may begin showing a sleep report, nighttime measurements, and Calm. After a complete calendar day, Motion can describe that day's activity; the following morning, the displayed Motion score represents yesterday. Check the date and supporting records as the new day unfolds. Balance and some personal comparisons depend on the combination of suitable current data and enough personal history.
Not every result needs to appear at once. Each measurement and baseline has its own quality requirements. A night may support sleep timing but not every physiological metric; a day may contain useful steps but lack enough coverage for a complete activity history.
This does not mean the ring has failed. It means AIVELA is separating what it observed clearly from what still needs more evidence.
Let the personal picture develop
AIVELA begins learning from suitable records and gains more context with consistent wear. Different views may become useful at different times. An occasional missed night does not erase the history already available.
You do not need to create an unusually good month to teach the product. Reliable records of your actual routine are more useful than a staged version of it.
A first month is a chapter, not a deadline
Rhythm reviews a fixed 28-calendar-day chapter. Your personal references develop from the reliable information available, which may take a different amount of time.
The end of the first cycle does not guarantee every feature is ready. It offers an opportunity to look across the month, with any data limitations clearly acknowledged.
What may change as AIVELA learns
During the first weeks, you may notice that:
- more comparisons begin to use your own recent pattern;
- one metric appears personalized before another;
- early ranges adjust as more reliable records arrive;
- repeated sleep, activity, and physiological patterns become easier to distinguish from isolated days;
- the reasons behind Calm, Motion, and Balance become more specific to you;
- Days gradually gives individual days a role within the longer story.
An early result is not “wrong” simply because a later baseline becomes more refined. Early information reflects what AIVELA could responsibly interpret at that stage; later information has more personal history behind it.
What happens at the end of the first Rhythm cycle
At the end of the first 28 calendar days, AIVELA closes the cycle. If enough days contain reliable final Calm, Motion, Balance, and a usable Day type, it can create your first Rhythm review.
The review is designed to answer five questions:
- What kind of longer foundation has formed so far?
- Did the pattern of recent days support or strain that foundation?
- What Rhythm level best describes the available evidence?
- What is one strength or positive sign worth recognizing?
- What is one direction worth carrying into the next cycle?
It can also include a 28-day Rhythm Map and a concise explanation of the pattern. Rhythm is not an average of Calm, Motion, and Balance, and it does not require all four Day types to appear equally.
If there is not enough reliable information, AIVELA provides a data-limited summary instead of inventing a Rhythm level. Missing days do not become Adjustment Days, lower your level, or mean that you failed the first month.
How to use the first month well
- Wear the ring consistently, especially during your main sleep. Regular coverage matters more than creating unusually good days.
- Synchronize regularly. Open the App, keep the ring nearby, and allow sleep and nighttime results time to finish processing.
- Read reasons, not only scores. Learn which observations shape Calm, Motion, and Balance.
- Add important context. Record workouts and use Timeline or Tags when travel, alcohol, menstruation, illness, schedule changes, or other events would help explain the day.
- Let ordinary life remain ordinary. Do not stage a perfect 28-day experiment. AIVELA needs to understand the life you actually live.
- Choose one small response at a time. The first cycle is for learning, not for changing everything at once.
A missing day does not erase the month
Data can be delayed or unavailable because of interrupted wear, fit, low battery, synchronization, processing, or signal quality. One gap does not delete earlier progress, and it should not be converted into a poor health result.
If something is missing, first check the result label, connection, battery, fit, and synchronization. Different metrics may recover at different times. If the same result remains unavailable after several normally worn days, use AIVELA Support.
What 28 days cannot prove
Twenty-eight days can reveal useful patterns, but they cannot capture every season, work cycle, health condition, menstrual cycle, travel pattern, or major life event. AIVELA continues learning after the first report.
The first Rhythm and your personal baselines are consumer wellness interpretations, not diagnoses or complete assessments of health. A familiar pattern is not automatically medically healthy, and a change from baseline does not automatically mean that something is wrong.
The first 28 days are not about proving yourself to AIVELA. They are the beginning of AIVELA learning how to understand you.
Use what is already helpful
While a longer-term estimate is still developing, available sleep or activity records may already answer a useful question. Read the state of each feature and give it the history it needs, without treating a waiting result as a health warning.
Return remains an optional calmer home experience. Choosing it does not stop or restart Rhythm.
