Published Date: July 28, 2026

Use this guide if your AIVELA Ring cannot connect, reconnect, or be found in the AIVELA App.Connection issues may occur at different stages:

  • Phone's bluetooth setting page cannot find or pair the ring.
  • The AIVELA App cannot find the ring.
  • The App finds the ring but cannot complete the Bluetooth connection.
  • Bluetooth connects successfully, but account binding cannot be completed.
  • Bluetooth Settings shows the ring as connected, but the AIVELA App still shows it as disconnected.

If you are pairing your ring for the first time, first see Pair Your AIVELA Ring.

1.Check the Basic Connection Conditions

Before troubleshooting, make sure:

  • Your ring has sufficient battery.
  • Bluetooth is enabled on your phone.
  • Your phone is connected to the internet.
  • The AIVELA App has the required Bluetooth, Nearby Devices, or Location permission available on your phone.
  • You are using the latest available version of the AIVELA App.
  • Your ring is close to your phone.
  • You are signed in to the correct AIVELA account.

If a required permission is disabled, open your phone’s app settings and enable the applicable Bluetooth, Nearby Devices, or Location permission for the AIVELA App. Permission names may vary depending on your phone and operating system. After changing the permission, reopen the AIVELA App and try connecting again. If you recently changed phones, reinstalled the AIVELA App, or signed in again, confirm that you are using the same AIVELA account previously associated with your ring.

2.Remove a Saved Bluetooth Record If Needed

If your ring was previously connected to this phone or any other device:

  1. Open your phone or other device's Bluetooth Settings.
  2. Find the saved AIVELA Ring.
  3. Choose Forget, Unpair, or remove the saved Bluetooth record.
  4. Return to the AIVELA App.

If your ring has never been connected to this phone, skip this step. The remaining troubleshooting steps are the same whether your ring has connected to this phone before or not.

3.Try Connecting in the AIVELA App

  1. Open the AIVELA App.
  2. Make sure you are signed in to the correct AIVELA account.
  3. Go to My Ring.
  4. Start scanning for your ring.
  5. Keep your ring close to your phone.
  6. Wait for the AIVELA App to find your ring.
  7. Select your AIVELA Ring from the scan results.
  8. If your phone displays a Bluetooth pairing or connection request, follow the system prompt.
  9. Continue the connection process in the AIVELA App.

If the ring connects successfully, no further troubleshooting is needed. If the AIVELA App cannot complete the Bluetooth connection, continue to the next step.

4.Check Bluetooth Settings

If the connection cannot be completed in the AIVELA App:

  1. Open your phone's Bluetooth Settings.
  2. Search for nearby Bluetooth devices.
  3. Find your AIVELA Ring.
  4. Select the ring and connect it through Bluetooth Settings.

If the ring connects successfully

Return to the AIVELA App and check the ring connection again.Continue the connection or binding process in the App if prompted. If connection within AIVELA app still fails, check step 5.

If the ring does not appear

Make sure:

  • Bluetooth is enabled on your phone.
  • Your ring is close to your phone.
  • The charging case has sufficient power.

Place the ring correctly in the charging case and align the ring’s charging contacts with the magnetic charging post.Confirm that the blue LEDs remain illuminated for more than approximately 7 seconds. If the LEDs turn off within approximately 7 seconds, remove and reposition the ring, then check the charging contacts again. After confirming that the ring is charging, search for nearby Bluetooth devices again. If the ring still does not appear, continue to Still Can't Connect?

5.Return to the AIVELA App

After checking or connecting the ring through your phone’s Bluetooth Settings:

  1. Return to the AIVELA App.
  2. Make sure you are signed in to the correct AIVELA account.
  3. Go to My Ring.
  4. Check the ring connection again.
  5. Continue any remaining connection or binding steps shown in the App.

If Bluetooth Settings shows the ring as connected but the AIVELA App still shows it as disconnected:

  1. Fully close the AIVELA App.
  2. Reopen the App.
  3. Return to My Ring.
  4. Check the ring connection again.

The troubleshooting sequence is:AIVELA App → Bluetooth Settings if needed → return to the AIVELA AppIf the ring was previously connected to the same phone, remove the saved Bluetooth record before retrying the connection.

6.If Bluetooth Connects but Binding Fails

If the ring connects through Bluetooth but cannot be bound in the AIVELA App:

When contacting AIVELA Support, explain that the Bluetooth connection was successful but account binding could not be completed.

If the AIVELA App shows:“Your ring is bound to another account.”The ring is associated with another AIVELA account.First, make sure you are signed in to the same AIVELA account previously used with this ring. This may happen if:
