Additional Step for Android

If the AIVELA App finds your ring but cannot complete the Bluetooth connection:

  1. Open your phone’s system Bluetooth Settings.
  2. Find your AIVELA Ring and connect to it.
  3. Confirm that the ring shows Connected, then return to the AIVELA App to complete the binding process.

On some Android devices, a paired ring may appear as either Saved but not connected or Saved and connected. The ring must show Connected to use features that require an active system Bluetooth connection.

After Pairing

Once setup is complete:

  • Wear your ring correctly for reliable tracking.
  • Keep Bluetooth enabled and your ring close to your phone when syncing data with the AIVELA App.
  • Pull down on Spotlight to manually refresh your data when needed.
  • To view ring information and settings, go to Spotlight and tap the device icon in the upper-right corner to open My Device.

Reconnecting a Previously Bound Ring

If your ring was previously bound to your account:

  1. Turn on Bluetooth and keep the ring close to your phone.
  2. Open the AIVELA App and sign in with the account bound to the ring.
  3. Wait for the ring to reconnect automatically.
  4. Pull down on Spotlight to refresh the connection and sync your data.

If the ring does not reconnect, check your phone’s system Bluetooth settings and confirm that the ring is connected. On Android devices, make sure the ring shows Connected, not only Saved or Paired. You do not need to bind the ring to the same account again. If the connection cannot be restored, see Fix Ring Connection Issues.

Using Your Ring With a New Phone

If you change to a new phone and continue using the same AIVELA account:

  1. On your previous phone, open Bluetooth Settings.
  2. Find your AIVELA Ring Pro and choose Forget, Unpair, or remove the saved Bluetooth record.

  4. Find and connect to your AIVELA Ring Pro.
  5. Install and open the latest version of the AIVELA App.
  6. Sign in using the same AIVELA account previously connected to your ring.

Because the ring is already bound to your AIVELA account, you do not need to repeat the first-time binding process or place the ring in the charging case before connecting it to your new phone. If you cannot restore the connection, see Fix Ring Connection Issues.
