Ring Not Charging

Published Date: August 13, 2026

If your AIVELA Ring Pro does not appear to be charging, follow the steps below.

1.Check the Charging Case Battery

Place the ring in the charging case and check the first blue LED on the left:

  • No light: The charging case battery may be completely depleted and does not have enough power to turn on the indicator or charge the ring.
  • Flashing: The charging case battery is low and does not have enough power to charge the ring.
  • Steadily illuminated: The charging case has available power.

If the charging case battery is completely depleted, the LED may not light up immediately after the charging case is connected to power, and the ring may not begin charging right away. Allow the charging case to recover sufficient power before trying again.

2.Check for Dirt or Moisture

Remove the ring from the charging case and check:

  • The ring’s charging contacts
  • The magnetic charging post inside the case
  • The inside of the charging case

Remove any visible dirt or residue and make sure the ring, charging case, and charging contacts are completely dry.Do not charge the ring or charging case while either component is wet.

3.Reposition the Ring

Place the ring back in the charging case:

  1. Align the ring’s charging contacts with the magnetic charging post.
  2. Make sure the magnetic connection holds the ring securely in place.
  3. Check whether the blue LEDs remain steadily illuminated.

Steadily illuminated blue LEDs indicate that the ring is charging. If the LEDs turn off within about 7 seconds, remove the ring and place it back in the case, making sure the charging contacts are correctly aligned.

4.Check the Charging Case and Cable

If the charging case does not charge:

  1. Make sure the charging cable is securely connected.
  2. Connect it to a compatible 5 V USB power source.
  3. Use the supplied AIVELA charging cable.

Do not use the charging case or cable if either is visibly damaged.

5.Check the Ring Battery

After repositioning the ring, check its battery level and charging status in the AIVELA App.The blue LEDs indicate the charging case’s battery level, not the ring’s battery level. For complete charging and battery-status instructions, see Charge Your AIVELA Ring.

6.Contact AIVELA Support

Contact support@aivela.com if:

  • The charging case has available power, but the LEDs do not remain steadily illuminated after the ring is correctly positioned.
  • The ring and charging contacts are clean, dry, and correctly aligned, but the ring still does not charge.
  • The charging case does not charge when connected to a compatible 5 V USB power source using the supplied AIVELA charging cable.
  • The ring’s battery level does not increase after it has been correctly placed in a powered charging case.
