Charge Your AIVELA Ring

Charge Your AIVELA Ring

Published Date: August 13, 2026

Use the AIVELA charging case to charge your AIVELA Ring Pro. The charging case has a built-in rechargeable battery, allowing it to charge the ring without being connected to a power source. You can also charge the ring and charging case at the same time.

Before You Charge

Before placing the ring in the charging case:

  • Make sure the ring, charging case, and charging contacts are clean and completely dry.
  • Check that the charging case has sufficient power.
  • Make sure there is no dirt or moisture on the ring’s charging contacts or the magnetic charging post inside the case.

Do not charge the ring or charging case while either component is wet.

Charge Your Ring

  1. Open the charging case.
  2. Place your AIVELA Ring Pro inside the case.
  3. Align the ring’s charging contacts with the magnetic charging post.
  4. Make sure the ring is securely held in place by the magnetic connection.
  5. Leave the ring in the case until it reaches the desired battery level.

You may keep the charging-case lid open or closed while the ring is charging.

Confirm That the Ring Is Charging

When the ring is correctly placed in the charging case and charging begins, the blue LEDs on the charging case remain steadily illuminated. The four blue LEDs provide an approximate indication of the charging case’s remaining battery level:

  • One LED: Approximately 25%
  • Two LEDs: Approximately 50%
  • Three LEDs: Approximately 75%
  • Four LEDs: Approximately 100%

The LEDs indicate the charging case’s battery level, not the ring’s battery level. When the LEDs remain steadily illuminated after the ring is placed inside, this indicates that the ring is charging. If the blue LEDs turn off within about 7 seconds after you place the ring in the case, the ring may not be making proper contact with the charging post.Remove the ring and place it back in the case, making sure the charging contacts are correctly aligned with the magnetic charging post.

Check the Charging Case Battery

After placing the ring in the charging case, check the first blue LED on the left:

  • If the first LED on the left is flashing: The charging case does not have enough power to charge the ring.
  • If the first LED on the left remains steadily illuminated: The charging case has available power.

If the first LED on the left is flashing, connect the charging case to a power source and allow it to charge first. If the charging case battery is extremely low, it may not begin charging the ring immediately after being connected to power. Allow the charging case to recover sufficient power, then place the ring inside again and confirm that the blue LEDs remain steadily illuminated.

Check the Ring Battery in the AIVELA App

After your ring has been paired, you can check its battery level and charging status in the AIVELA App:

  1. Open My Ring.
  2. Tap your connected ring.
  3. Open My Device.
  4. Check Battery level and Charging status.

Use the AIVELA App when you want to check the ring’s current battery level.

Charge the Charging Case

  1. Connect a charging cable to the charging case.
  2. Connect the other end to a compatible 5 V USB power source.
  3. Allow the charging case to charge.

The blue LEDs flash while the charging case is charging. When the charging case is fully charged, all four blue LEDs remain steadily illuminated. For reliable charging, we recommend using the supplied AIVELA charging cable.

Ring Charging Time

A full ring charge typically takes approximately one hour under normal conditions.Actual charging time may vary depending on:

  • The ring’s remaining battery level
  • The charging case’s remaining power
  • Charging-contact alignment
  • Temperature and charging conditions

How to Know When Your Ring Is Fully Charged

Check the ring’s battery level in the AIVELA App.Depending on charging conditions and battery reporting, the ring may be considered fully charged when the displayed battery level is close to 100%, such as 98% or 99%. The battery level does not always need to display exactly 100% for charging to be complete. If the ring remains in the charging case for an extended period after charging is complete, the displayed battery level may decrease slightly before the ring is removed. For example, the AIVELA App may show 99% when you take the ring out of the case. This does not necessarily indicate a charging problem.LED behavior may also differ depending on how the charging case is being powered:

  • Charging from the case battery only: If the charging case is not connected to USB power, the blue LEDs turn off when the ring is fully charged.
  • Charging while the case is connected to USB power: The blue LEDs may remain illuminated even after the ring is fully charged.

Because LED behavior differs between these two charging scenarios, use the battery level shown in the AIVELA App together with the charging status to check whether charging is complete.

Charging Safety

  • Keep the ring, charging case, and charging contacts clean and dry.
  • Dry the ring completely after washing your hands, showering, or swimming before placing it in the charging case.
  • For reliable charging, we recommend using the supplied AIVELA charging cable.
  • Do not force an incompatible cable into the charging port.
  • Do not continue using the charging case or cable if either is visibly damaged.

If the Ring Does Not Charge

If the blue LEDs do not remain steadily illuminated after the ring has been correctly placed in a powered charging case, see Ring Not Charging.
