Before You Begin

Make sure:

• Your AIVELA Ring Pro has sufficient battery.
• Your charging case has sufficient power.
• Bluetooth is enabled on your phone.
• The AIVELA App has the required Bluetooth or Nearby Devices permissions.
• Your phone has an active internet connection.

1. Charge Your Ring

Before first use, place your AIVELA Ring Pro in the charging case and make sure it has sufficient battery for setup.For complete charging instructions, see Charge Your AIVELA Ring.If the ring does not charge normally, see Ring Not Charging.

2. Download the AIVELA App

Download and install the latest available version of the AIVELA App.Open the app and sign in or create your AIVELA account before continuing with ring setup.

3. Pair Your AIVELA Ring

Start the pairing process in the AIVELA App and follow the on-screen instructions to connect and bind your ring.Keep the ring close to your phone during setup.For complete instructions, see Pair Your AIVELA Ring.If the ring cannot connect or reconnect, see Fix Ring Connection Issues.

4. Wear Your Ring Correctly

For the most accurate health and activity data, we recommend wearing AIVELA Ring Pro on your index finger.The ring should fit securely and comfortably, without being excessively tight or loose.The index finger is also recommended when using Touch controls for the most convenient interaction experience. When you are not actively using Touch, you may wear the ring on another suitable finger as preferred.For detailed wearing guidance, see Wear Your AIVELA Ring.If you are choosing your size, see Choose Your Ring Size.

5. Start Using AIVELA
