Published Date: July 20, 2026

Wearing your AIVELA Ring Pro correctly helps support reliable measurements, comfortable day and night wear, and convenient Touch interaction. For the best overall experience, wear the ring on your index finger with a secure, comfortable fit that keeps the inner sensors in consistent contact with your skin.

Which Finger Should I Wear It On?

We recommend wearing AIVELA Ring Pro on your index finger. The index finger is recommended for two main reasons:

  • Better measurement accuracy: Wearing the ring on your index finger of your non-dominant hand helps provide more consistent health and activity measurements.
  • Better Touch interaction: The index finger is the most convenient position for using AIVELA Ring Pro's Touch controls.

Other fingers can still be used when needed, especially if fit or comfort varies, but the index finger remains the recommended position for the best overall experience.

How Should the Ring Fit?

Your AIVELA Ring Pro should feel snug but comfortable.A proper fit means:

  • The ring stays securely in place during normal movement.
  • The inner sensors remain in consistent contact with your skin.
  • The ring does not rotate freely around your finger.
  • There is no obvious gap between the ring and your skin.
  • The ring is comfortable enough for both daytime and overnight wear.

Your finger size may change slightly throughout the day due to temperature, activity, hydration, or sleep. This is normal. The ring should not cause persistent pain, numbness, tingling, or restricted circulation.

How to Position Your Ring

Slide the ring onto your finger until it sits securely and comfortably.Make sure:

  1. The inner sensor area remains in contact with your inner palm skin.
  2. The ring does not rotate excessively during normal movement.
  3. The inner surface is clean and dry.

Stable skin contact is important for measurements such as heart rate, HRV, SpO₂, and sleep-related data.If the ring frequently rotates or moves out of position, the fit may be too loose.

When Should I Wear My Ring?

For a more complete view of your health and activity patterns, wear your AIVELA Ring Pro consistently during both the day and night.Daytime wear supports activity and wellness tracking, while overnight wear is important for sleep and recovery-related insights.Extended periods without wearing the ring may result in gaps in your data. Some metrics and insights also require sufficient data over time, so they may not appear immediately after your first day or night of use.

Can I Switch Fingers?

Yes.You can temporarily wear your AIVELA Ring Pro on another suitable finger if:

  • Your usual finger becomes swollen or uncomfortable.
  • Temperature changes affect the fit.
  • The ring temporarily feels too tight or too loose.

Choose a finger where the ring still fits securely and maintains good sensor contact. Please note that wearing the ring on another finger may slightly affect measurement consistency and may make Touch interactions less convenient.

What If the Ring Is Too Loose?

Your ring may be too loose if:

  • It rotates frequently.
  • It slides easily around your finger.
  • There is a noticeable gap between the ring and your skin.
  • The inner sensors frequently lose contact with your finger.

A loose fit may affect measurement quality. You can temporarily try another suitable finger with a more secure fit. If the fit remains consistently poor, see Choose Your Ring Size.

What If the Ring Is Too Tight?

Your ring may be too tight if:

  • It causes persistent pain or discomfort.
  • Your finger feels numb or tingles.
  • You notice significant swelling.
  • The ring is extremely difficult to remove.

If this happens, remove the ring and allow your finger to recover before wearing it again.Do not continue wearing the ring if it causes pain or appears to restrict circulation.

Care During Wear

To help protect both your ring and your finger:

  • Remove the ring during activities involving heavy weights, metal equipment, strong impact, or significant pressure.
  • Keep the ring and your skin clean.
  • Aoivd soap, lotion, or other residue from the ring.
  • Make sure the ring and charging contacts are completely dry before charging.
